When we were in Chilliwack, BC, we took some time to go to Bridal Veil Falls. There is a short walk to the falls through a beautiful bush.
The trees are larger than we are used to in Ontario.
I especially enjoyed seeing the moss growing on some of the trees.

The falls is 60 metres high and doesn’t look like it has a high volume of water, but looks like a thin sheet of water cascading down the rocks. It’s beautiful, and sounds lovely when you are there.
Apparently the name of the park comes from the “veil like” effect from the falling water that is created by the smooth rock.
This is the day that the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it.
