We enjoyed our visit to Oastler Lake Provincial Park. This is the spot where we had our campsite. We’ve been to the Park before, and were glad to be back there. I liked hearing the train go by as it brought back memories of hearing the trains when I was young.
We took our bikes on the Rose-Point Rail Trail, which is across the highway from the park. It takes you all the way to Parry Island near Parry Sound. On the way, we were able to see some turtles, and a great blue heron … and a hornet’s nest.
The next pictures are of the bridge going over to Parry Island. It was interesting to see the boats going under the bridge.
